Progres Foundation works in Rawicz and supports the local community through civic dialogue, integration, education and help for people in difficult administrative and social situations — including foreigners living in our region.
Our mission
We believe that lasting change comes from cooperation, access to information and consistent work. We bring together residents, non-governmental organisations and institutions so that a conversation about shared matters is possible regardless of where someone comes from or which language they speak.
What we do
- we coordinate social and civic projects funded from national, regional and local government sources,
- we run Migrant Info Point (MIP) Rawicz — an information and support point for foreigners, established by the Mayor of Rawicz and financed from the annual municipal grant for social activities; we also help residents with similar matters,
- we organise civic dialogue panels, workshops and conferences connecting residents, NGOs and institutions,
- we help residents and foreigners with social insurance (ZUS), civil registry, residence documents and benefits,
- we promote Rawicz — its history, monuments and people.
Team
Progres Foundation is run by a team of project coordinators and specialists supporting people in administrative matters, working together with volunteers and local partners.
