Accessibility statement

Progres Foundation works to make this website usable by as many people as possible, whatever technology they use and whatever their disability.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The gaps concern material that is still being supplied — they are listed below.

What already works

  • full keyboard operation: menu, expandable events and carousel,
  • a visible focus indicator on every interactive element,
  • text and interface contrast meeting level AA requirements,
  • a semantic heading structure and a “skip to content” link at the start of the page,
  • a correct lang attribute for every language version (pl, uk, en, es),
  • responsive layout and text zoom up to 200% without loss of content,
  • a carousel with no auto-rotation — controlled by the user only,
  • support for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.

Non-accessible content

  • photographs have not yet been supplied by the Foundation — until then the photo areas are decorative; once replaced, every image will get an alternative description,
  • the statute and reports in PDF have not been published yet; when added they will be provided in a digitally accessible form,
  • video material is not published yet; once the channel is launched we will provide captions at least in Polish.

How this statement was prepared

The statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the developer of the website. Date of preparation: 2 August 2026. We update the statement whenever the website changes significantly.

If our answer is unsatisfactory, you may complain to the Foundation and then apply to the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights (rpo.gov.pl).
